This is a continuation of my review of the new Tokyo Disney Resort Toy Story Hotel, which opened on April 5, 2022.
In Parts 1 and 2, I have shown you the hotel from the entrance to the guest rooms.

In this third part, I would like to introduce you to some of the restaurants in the hotel.
Restaurants at Toy Story Hotel
Tokyo Disney Resort Toy Story Hotel has a restaurant called Lotso Garden Cafe.
The restaurant is based on the character Lotso, the bear from Toy Story 3.
Lotso Garden Cafe is a buffet-style restaurant where you can eat as much or as little as you like.
In Japan, Disney-operated hotels always have buffet-style restaurants, and they are popular with both small children and adults.
Location of Lotso Garden Cafe
Lotso Garden Cafe is located on the second floor of the Toy Story Hotel.
The restaurant is decorated like the Sunnyside Daycare in the movie and is very pretty.
I recommend going a little earlier than the reserved time because there are many photo spots around the Garden Café.
Menu at Lotso Garden Cafe
Lotso Garden Cafe is a buffet-style restaurant.
Before entering the restaurant, you will first purchase a meal ticket.
Payment can be made by cash or credit card.
When you enter the restaurant, hand your meal ticket to a Cast Member.
The restaurant was very bright with rainbows painted on the ceiling.

Bonnie might have been there too.
Seats with a view of the ocean were popular with families with children.
At Lotso Garden Cafe, you can take and eat as much as you like.
I was so into eating that I didn’t take many pictures (lol).
Alien bread is available with eyes that can be drawn on with a chocolate pen.
The bread is made from spinach, but even children who do not like vegetables can eat it this way.
Lotso Garden Cafe Hours of Operation
The Rozzo Garden Cafe at the Toy Story Hotel is open for breakfast and dinner only.
- Breakfast: 6:30-10:00 (6:30-10:30 from July 1)
- Dinner: 18:00 – 21:00 (17:00 – 21:00 from July 1)
Prices at Lotso Garden Cafe
Prices for the use of Lotso Garden Cafe are as follows.

The prices are more affordable than the restaurants at Hotel MiraCosta and Tokyo Disneyland Hotel.
We had dinner and it was very good.
Because the prices are relatively low, it does not mean that there is not a wide variety of food.
There were also plenty of desserts and my stomach was about to burst lol.
How to Make Reservations at Lotso Garden Cafe
Lotso Garden Cafe is exclusively open to guests of the Toy Story Hotel.
Advance reservations for Lotso Garden Cafe depend on how you book your stay.
When you book your stay on the official website
Reservation period: From the time your reservation is made to 60 minutes prior to your visit to the restaurant on the day you use the restaurant (reservation as a benefit for lodging reservation is accepted until 20:59 on the previous day).
When you book your stay outside of the official website
For example, if you book through Agoda or Expedia, the procedure is as follows.
Reservation period: 10:00 on the same day two months prior to the date of your visit to the restaurant – 60 minutes prior to your visit on the day of your visit.
When you book your stay through the Disney Vacation Club
Reservation period: from the date the reservation is made.
Same-day reservations
Same-day slots at Lotso Garden Cafe can be reserved from 9:00 a.m. on the online reservation site.
Without Reservations
If there is a cancellation or the restaurant is vacant, you may enter without a reservation.
According to word of mouth, it is safer to make a reservation in advance, as you may be refused entry to the restaurant even if it is available.
Special Offers at Lotso Garden Cafe
While we were eating at Lotso Garden Cafe, a cast member arrived pushing a wagon.
When I brought the used dishes to the cast member, to my surprise, I received a Lotso sticker.
Not only children but also adults can participate in helping the cast members.
Moreover, you can help as many times as you like.
My daughter and I carried the dishes many times and got lots of stickers.
