Cake set at the Lobby Lounge of the Disney Ambassador Hotel

Disneyland and Sea are great fun, but when you are tired from all the walking around, you want to take a break.

Recently, I had a relaxing tea break at the lounge of the Disney Ambassador Hotel.

I went there for the first time and was very satisfied, so today I would like to share the lobby lounge at the Ambassador Hotel.

Lobby Lounge at Disney Ambassador Hotel

The Disney Ambassador Hotel is one of the Disney-owned hotels.

You can find the Hyperion Lounge on the first floor of the hotel.

Hyperion is the name of a god in Greek mythology and means “one who goes on high.

There are not many seats, but it is a spacious lounge with high ceilings.

When you are in the lounge, you can hear the piano in the lobby, making you feel very elegant.

How to go to Disney Ambassador Hotel

There are two ways to go to the Ambassador Hotel: on foot or by shuttle bus.

If you walk, you will pass through Ikspiari from JR Maihama Station, which takes about 10 minutes.

My recommendation is to use the Ambassador Hotel shuttle bus.

The shuttle bus is available even if you are not a guest of the hotel.

If you are going to the hotel from JR Maihama Station, head to the Tokyo Disneyland bus terminal.

There is a shuttle bus bound for the Ambassador Hotel from platform 3.

If you are in a hurry, you can also take a cab.

The ride takes less than 5 minutes from the park and costs about 1,000 yen.

The Hyperion Lounge at the Disney Ambassador Hotel is open during the following hours

From October 2, breakfast will also be open, although priority will be given to guests of the Ambassador Hotel.

How to make a reservation at the Hyperion Lounge

Basically, reservations are not required for the Hyperion Lounge at the Ambassador Hotel.

However, the following menu items are available in limited quantities, so advance reservations are required.

There are separate reservation slots for Disney Hotel guests and non-guests.

Although often misunderstood, reservations are not required for the Hyperion Lounge if you do not order the above menu.

That said, the Hyperion Lounge is trendy, so you may not always be able to get in right away when you go there.

On weekdays, however, depending on the timing, you may be able to get in right away.

On weekends and holidays, reservations are given priority, so you may have to wait an hour or more.

If you know you will be visiting the Hyperion Lounge, it is wise to make a reservation.

One thing to keep in mind when making reservations is that the number of adults will be the number of items on the limited quantity menu.

Although the cake will be one piece, you can make a reservation for one adult first, and then call the Ambassador Hotel to reserve a seat for the number of people who will be using the lounge.
