When going to Tokyo Disney Resort, there are many things to expect, and one of them is funny and strange foods. I often find it on Instagram and plan to eat it on my next visit. However, since there are so many cute and delicious looking snacks, and they are sold widely across the park, I don’t have enough time to eat all of it.
The Crystal Palace Restaurant’s “Sweets Time Selection,” which has just started this August, is a perfect solution for such a glutton like me. In this post, I would like to share about this newly arrived sweet’s buffet in Tokyo Disneyland(TDL).
Crystal Palace Restaurant
Crystal Palace Restaurant is located in Adventureland, and you’ll find its exterior like a greenhouse. The building is facing the parade route, and if the timing is right, you can watch the parade while you are eating. However, the number of window seats are limited, and you cannot choose your table.
The Sweets Time Selection

What makes “The Sweets Time Selection” unique is that you can eat all the famous sweets you see on TDL’s Instagram. Possibly the menu will be changed, but I would like to list them below.
- Mickey Churro(Cinamon/Strawberry)
- Little Green Dumplings(Matcha/Choco/Custard)
- Tipo Torta(chocolate)
- Cupcakes(Plain/Chocolate)
- Souffle cheesecake
- Strawberry shortcake
- Strawberry Mille crepes
- Pudding a la mode
- Milk pudding
- Muscat mousse jelly
- Cold soup (strawberry and tapioca)
- Cut fruits
You don’t have to worry if you aren’t good at sweets. You can also find light meals.

- Sushi Roll(Shrimp & Chicken Cutlet)
- Sausage Dog
- Spring Roll(Egg & Shrimp)
- Chilled Soy Milk Corn Soup
Also, you can drink soft drinks as much as you like with no extra charge.
Do You Need Reservations?
Yes, I strongly recommend you make a reservation before your visit. Although there are 380 seats in Crystal Palace Restaurant, most of them are reserved seats. You might be able to find a seat by waiting, but the chances are low.
You can make a reservation in the following ways.
- From one month in advance until the day before, you can make a reservation from the official site.
- If you couldn’t make a reservation in advance, you still have a chance. There are a few seats available for the same day. You can make a reservation from 9 AM at the official site or from 10 AM at the restaurant.
The Sweets Time Selection is available from 1 PM to 5 PM.
Conclusion
The Sweets Time Selection in Crystal Palace Restaurant allows you to taste many TDL’s sweets at one time. There are many Mickey-shaped or Minnie’s Bow sweets, and you can take countless Instagramable photos. You can eat a wide variety of sweets and snacks here, which are more than enough to satisfy most people. I couldn’t complete all the sweets at my first visit, and I hope I can challenge again in the future.
