Tips to enjoy Tokyo Disneyland with your kids

Do you want to enjoy Tokyo Disney Resort with your kids?
There are a few points to keep in mind when you’re with your kids.

For example, the availability of strollers and diaper changing areas.

I have a 4-year-old daughter. My daughter also loves Disney, so we always go to Tokyo Disneyland together.

This post will tell you what you need to know when you go to the Park with your little one.

Should you bring a stroller to the Tokyo Disney Resort?

Will you need a stroller, even though your children can walk well enough?

My daughter is 4 years old, so she doesn’t ride on a stroller. However when we go to the Park, we take the stroller with us. I spend an average of 8 hours at the Park on my days off. If we’re in the Park for a long time, my daughter starts refusing to walk, and sometimes she needs a nap. So, when my daughter gets tired, I use the stroller. You might think it’s strange that a child who can walk well would ride in a stroller, but it’s common in the Parks.

You want to leave your stroller somewhere when you ride the attractions, don’t you? But that’s okay. There is a stroller storage area in front of the entrance of each attraction. After enjoying the attraction, you’ll be surprised when you go to get your stroller. All the strollers are neatly lined up because the cast members align all the messy parked strollers to preserve the tidy atmosphere. It will be quite easy to find your stroller.

Strollers that can be brought into the Park must meet the following criteria for safety.

  • Seat belt included.
  • You can push it from behind.
  • You can lock your tires.
  • Specifications that do not run on their own.

Is it possible to change diapers at Tokyo Disney Resort?

Diaper changing area

If you go out for a long time with a diapered child, you will need to change their diapers. Some of the bathrooms at Tokyo Disney Resort have diaper changing tables, but I used the Baby Center.

When changing diapers in the bathroom, I was stressed because I have to care about not bothering other guests(especially when your child isn’t in an obedient mood). The baby center is more comfortable because I don’t have to care about other guests’ eyes.

The diaper changing tables at the Baby Center are wide and allow you to change your diaper without worrying about the guests around you. Plus, the Cast members sanitize them every time after using the diaper changing table. I’ve changed diapers outside the Park, but I’ve never seen such a clean diaper changing table. It’s very nice to be able to take care of your precious child.

You can feed your child, eat, and change diapers at the Baby Center.

What to do when your child gets his or her clothes dirty at Tokyo Disney Resort?

Changing area

There is also a place in the Baby Center where children can change their clothes.

You can use this place not only when the kids get their clothes dirty, but also when they need to change into the clothes they bought in the Park. My daughter loves princesses, so she changes into a dress here, though not every time. She was able to take off her shoes and change, which was a relief because her dress didn’t get dirty.

Summary

Some people may think that going to Tokyo Disney Resort with children is hard work. But that’s not the case at all. It’s rather comfortable. There are a variety of services available to help mom and dad enjoy the park.

I hope this article will be helpful for parents with little children. Thank you for reading to the end.
